Last Friday, NDP’s varsity lacrosse team played in the IAAM Championship game, their biggest game of the season.  These girls made history as they broke the nine year winning streak McDonogh’s lacrosse team had!  This tight game was won with a final score of 10-8.  We turn to two of our seniors for their thoughts about the incredible win:

“This season was awesome!  We had such great team chemistry which helped us win the championship and break the streak!” — Caroline Somerville

“From the beginning, I knew this season was something special.  We had a great group of girls all unite for a common goal.  Each person worked so hard the entire season and gave 110% effort in their role!  I couldn’t be more proud of the team and how the season ended!” — Annika Meyer
