Do you like drinking coffee, tea, or hot chocolate? Do you like listening to music, watching live performances, and supporting service? Then come to NDP’s 2019 Coffeehouse!

Coffeehouse is an annual event sponsored by the service department that supports the service delegations. Entrance is $10 and gets you in to see live performances, all you can eat refreshments, and other activities! The event starts at 7pm on this Saturday, March 23, 2019, and should last around two and a half hours!

Last year, Coffeehouse hosted performers not only from NDP, but guests from various local schools as well. The dining room is transformed into a ~coffeehouse~ with dimmed lights, a stage, and tables. Everyone brings their own mug to fill with bottomless coffee, tea, water, or hot cocoa! The table in the back has snacks of all kinds, ranging from pretzels and chips to fancier pastries and yummy desserts.

If you just want to listen to the music, sit at one of the round tables and softly chat with your friends. Or, take a seat facing the stage to directly engage with the performers! If you decide to wander further off, you may find other activities! Last year, you could color an inspirational fabric square to be woven into a quilt that would be taken to the delegation locations, receive a henna tattoo, or purchase student-made artwork!

If this sounds like a good time to you, grab your friends and your mug and head over to Coffeehouse 2019!
