The Baltimore Orioles are my favorite baseball team, but most people don’t know that they have a fascinating history. They started out as the Milwaukee Brewers in 1901 but then moved to St. Louis and became the Browns for many years. In 1954, they finally came to Baltimore and became the Orioles. In addition to their history, one of my favorite things about the Orioles is their stadium. They have so much to do for all ages, so it’s become an entertaining stadium outside of the ballgames. It has an old school vintage feeling with worn-down bricks and the original design. Plus, it is right next to the B & O warehouse, which I find super interesting. Even though the Orioles haven’t always been the best team, they’ve had some awesome players such as Cal Ripken Jr.. He is a legendary athlete and impressively played over 2,000 games. Other players such Jim Palmer, Eddie Murray, and Brooks Robinson were also all-stars who helped the Orioles win numerous championships. The Orioles have an awesome history and a bright future, and I for one am ecstatic to see what they do next!
