French Week 2019

From November 5 to November 9, students and faculty celebrated French Week at NDP. This wonderful week of great food, music, and culture was as exciting as ever this year.

To kick off the week, students enjoyed a French tasting at lunch, which consisted of delicious brie and baguettes. On Tuesday, girls wore berets and red, white, and blue accessories to show their French spirit. Next, Middle Level girls competed in the annual Tour de Notre Dame scooter race, striving for the coveted yellow t-shirt. Of course, to end French week was the incredible French luncheon. French students enjoyed quiche, salad, cheese, French drinks, and various desserts during lunch.

Throughout French week, students were able to participate in a French scavenger hunt with jars of Nutella as prizes. Girls searched the school for French cities to earn their treats. Additionally, the NDP community started each day with a French prayer over announcements.

French week 2019 at NDP was a great success, and a wonderful time for all. Thank you to all of the faculty and students who helped create these fun activities!
