In the new year of 2017, many people think up ways in order to make this year a memorable and beneficial one. New Year’s resolutions may be a huge commitment to some people, while others might pledge to complete little actions each day. At the beginning of any year, having goals you want to achieve is a necessity in enjoying each day.

  1. Sit with someone new or that you don’t normally talk to at lunch.
  2. Make a list of things you appreciate each day.
  3. Take time for yourself.
  4. Spend less time on electronics.
  5. Learn something new and share it with others.
  6. Find your interests and pursue them.
  7. Donate to a charity that interests you.
  8. Spend more quality time with family.
  9. Procrastinate less.
